Wow, yesterday I was super active! That sculpting class was tough, and I’m feeling the effects today. Swimming was a breeze, and Salsa was such a good time. :)
I ate a couple of “non-plan” things, but overall nothing crazy. This morning I was looking forward to my WW meeting, and on my way out I accidentally locked my keys inside my car! Ugh! That was so frustrating. An hour and 75$ later, I was able to attend a later meeting with a leader I hadn’t been to before. I’m pleased with my results this week. Next week’s goal is 153.

Yesterday I didn’t have my walk at lunch time and that made me crabby. Stressful day at work followed by a nice evening of Zumba, Ab work, and then going to a friend’s open Mic night. She’s a wonderful singer. :)
Tonight: Swimming, sculpting, and SALSA!!!! Woooohooo!

Wow, I was exhausted by the end of the night last night. I took a sweet and fast muscle class (45 min) and then came home with renewed energy to tackle my upstairs floor. My kids’ toys are in a loft area that looked like a pig sty. I spent about 3.5 hrs actively cleaning, and slept soundly overnight.
This week I’m hoping for a positive, lighter weigh in on Saturday morning. I’m going to be good the rest of the week, and I’m going to do some crazy salsa dancing Friday night. That should help. :)

Ok, long weekend over. Relaxed a lot, ate more than normal, and had several mixed drinks. 3 days at the pool. I swam 28 laps each time before lounging… Today is back to major damage control with lots of water, fiber, and generally light eating.

Memorial weekend has been about relaxing and indulging… Friday night I went to a great dinner party. Didn’t over-do, but the points add up quickly with wine and dessert. Yesterday we had a good breakfast, spent most of the day in the public pool, and then went to red lobster for dinner. My pointage was crazy high because of 3 mixed drinks (oops!), that damn garlic biscuit (5ppts, really?) and Ice cream for dessert.
I suspect I’ll be spending the next couple of weeks in recovery mode after this weekend. At least I’ve been super active. Every pool day for me means 50 minutes of swimming (28 laps).

Last night I went to the gym straight from work, swam for 50 minutes, did zumba for 1 hr, and then stopped to get some fruit at the grocery store. Went by the library, picked up my kids, and helped them finish their homework. Then, at 9:15 at night, I started my yoga dvd. I know it’s crazy! I can’t explain it, but I really love doing those 45 minutes of fast moving yoga to stretch my legs. They feel so good afterwards. Especially if I’ve done zumba/jogging earlier.
Am I addicted to my yoga dvd? Maybe. Are there worse things I could be addicted to? WAAY Worse!

I’ve been so busy at work, I didn’t have a chance to update yesterday. But Tuesday I consumed 27 and exercised 9 (Zumba). It’s been a bit of a rough week for me. Yesterday night especially, I went through a lot of stress helping my kids out with their homework assignments. Then I got cranky because it was getting late and I almost ran out of time to exercise, but I managed to do elliptical for 45 min.
Tonight my ex is picking them up so I’m planning to swim/zumba. That will be good. :)
